			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Recently, an independent study found that children&#8217;s ability to ask questions significantly improved after using Laureate&#8217;s <a href="http://www.laureatelearning.com/products/descriptions/qquestdesc.html">QuestionQuest</a> software for 8 weeks.</p>
<p>Teachers pre-tested 14 oral deaf children with language delays using a 15 item Wh-Question elicited production test. At post-test, scores on the Wh-Question elicited production test more than doubled; a difference that was highly significant.</p>
<p>Improvements were evident across a range of initial ability. Some children who did not produce Wh-Questions on the pre-test did so after training. Other with initially limited production of Wh-Questions expanded their repertoire.</p>
